  1. ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Named a 2019 Bellwether Finalist for Innovative Program

    A learning space for ÍøÆغÚÁÏ students to get clinical, hands-on learning in the Physical Therapist Assistant program is being recognized nationally as an innovative workforce development program. ÍøÆغÚÁÏ is a 2019 Bellwether finalist in the Workforce Development category for the creation of the Nate Waters Physical Therapy Clinic at the ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Metro Campus.

    The Higher Learning Commission has reaffirmed ÍøÆغÚÁÏ’s accreditation. ÍøÆغÚÁÏ is the largest community college in the state of Oklahoma serving 24,000 students annually in college credit courses.

  3. Artist Behind 2018 ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Holiday Card: Jose Ramirez

    Jose Ramirez, inspired by the painting style of Bob Ross, created the artwork selected in the 2018 annual student design competition for the ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Holiday Card.

  4. ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Expands Mental Health First Aid Training with Grant

    ÍøÆغÚÁÏ receives a $375,000 grant to expand mental health training for faculty, staff and a select group of students. The grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration has a goal to reach most of ÍøÆغÚÁÏ’s full time faculty and staff. So far, ÍøÆغÚÁÏ has already trained 150 faculty and staff in Mental Health First Aid and plans to train an additional 630 faculty, staff and select students over a three-year period.

  5. ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Announces Campaign for Completion

    ÍøÆغÚÁÏ kicked off the public phase of Clearing the Pathway: The Campaign for Completion, the largest fundraising campaign in ÍøÆغÚÁÏ’s history. The Campaign will raise $20 million in private funds to support student scholarships, academic advisors, Student Success Centers, science lab renovations and diversity and inclusion outreach.
