Students Customize Electric Guitars, Inspired by Investment from Rock Band
ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Engineering Technology students are designing and assembling custom electric guitars in the College’s Fab Lab, combining creativity with technical skills. Inspired by the Metallica Scholars Initiative, the project encourages hands-on learning and innovation.

Student Artist Captures Sense of Community with Holiday Card Design
ÍøÆغÚÁÏ student Scout Haggard won the College’s holiday card contest with a painting of ÍøÆغÚÁÏ’s Southeast Campus in a snowy scene. Haggard says she was inspired by the warmth and sense of community she feels on campus.

ÍøÆغÚÁÏ Hosts Inaugural Manufacturing Day
ÍøÆغÚÁÏ hosted its first-ever Manufacturing Day at the Northeast Campus, bringing dozens of Tulsa Public Schools students together on Oct. 3 and 4. Over the course of two days, students engaged in hands-on activities giving them valuable exposure to the practical skills needed in engineering and manufacturing careers.

ÍøÆغÚÁÏ One of First in Nation to Join FAA’s Enhanced Air Traffic Training Program
ÍøÆغÚÁÏ has signed an agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration to become one of the nation’s first schools in the Enhanced Air Traffic – Collegiate Training Initiative (AT-CTI), part of a strategic effort to address the national shortage of air traffic controllers.
